IZBOR POSLOVNE BANKE: Za uspešan biznis presudan je izbor banke!

U dinamičnom poslovnom okruženju odluke se često donose brzo, bez razmatranja svih okolnosti, pa se dešava da preduzetnik više vremena utroši na izbor računara nego na izbor poslovne banke, a i teško je odrediti prave kriterijume jer su na prvi pogled ponude banaka slične. Međutim, neophodno je sagledati nekoliko stavki.

Pre svega, trebalo bi proveriti da li u banci postoji osoba čiji je zadatak da vodi brigu o malim preduzećima i preduzetnicima, kao i koliko ima raspoloživog vremena. Dakle, izbor se ne svodi samo na otvaranje tekućeg računa nego je bitna pretpostavka saradnja sa službenikom banke zaduženim za mala preduzeća i preduzetnike, s kojim bi trebalo zajednički razmotriti rešenja za efikasno poslovanje. Izuzetno je važno da se sa savetnikom iz banke bar jednom godišnje napravi plan za naredni period.

Dodatne potrebe odnose se uglavnom na kreditnu podršku: overdraft kredit, odnosno dozvoljena prekoračenja po tekućem računu, kratkoročni krediti za likvidnost, kredit za obrtna sredstva, dugoročni investicioni kredit, kreditne linije, lizing, otkup potraživanja, izdavanje bankarskih dinarskih i deviznih garancija… O svakom pojedinačnom proizvodu ili usluzi koja može da se javi kao potreba trebalo bi razgovarati sa savetnikom u banci i upoznati se sa načinom realizacije.

U protekle dve godine veliku ulogu u prevazilaženju ekonomske krize odigrao je državni program subvencija malih preduzećima i preduzetnika, pa se u izboru banke mora uzeti u obzir i aktivno učešće banke u ovim merama jer će preduzetnik preko svoje poslovne banke biti u mogućnosti da realizuje dodatne benefite koje pruža ovaj program, subvencionisanjem dela kamata. Na kraju, banke različito vode računa o zadovoljstvu svojih klijenata, drugačije rešavaju eventualne reklamacije, ne pružaju sve napredne servise, niti u istom roku reaguju na potrebe klijenta. Od velikog značaja je i informacija u kom obimu banka može da pruži kvalitetne usluge preduzetniku. Jer dešava se da neka banka ima odličnu usluga po jednom poslu, dok po drugom to možda ne čini, pa je preduzetnik prinuđen da bira još jednu poslovnu banku. Ipak, ključni faktor koji bi trebalo da opredeli izbor banke, pored prethodno navedenih, jeste poverenje koje banka ima kod preduzetnika, a koje može da bude rezultat isključivo strateške orijentacije banke na dugoročnom poslovnom odnosu sa klijentima, što podrazumeva njihovo praćenje u svim fazama razvoja.In a dynamic business environment, decisions are often made quickly, without considering all the circumstances, and it happens that the entrepreneur spends more time on computers than the choice to choose a commercial bank, and it is difficult to determine the true criteria because at first glance similar offers from banks.
